Panel to Assist Solicitors in Regulatory Difficulty

If you need assistance with your initial response to the Law Society or the Legal Services Regulatory Authority you may contact one of the Panel members listed below.

Notes

  • If you have been called to attend a meeting of a regulatory committee meeting you may wish to be represented. Some of the Panel members are prepared to take some cases of this nature on a normal fee-paying solicitor/client basis. Contact the Panel member of your choice to discuss.

  • Information in relation to regulatory committees is available on the Law Society website at www.lawsociety.ie/Committees and the LSRA website www.lsra.ie.

  • Be aware that if you are called to attend a meeting of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, the Tribunal is not a committee of the Law Society but rather is a statutory tribunal and is open to members of the public. It is Law Society policy to publish any Disciplinary Tribunal findings of misconduct, no matter how minor, in the Gazette.
