Lexis+ is now available for members using the Law Society Library.

What is Lexis+
Lexis+ is an online database containing cases, journals, commentary, forms and precedents.
Examples of some of the more popular resources on Lexis+ include:
- Industrial Relations Law Reports
- Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents
- New Law Journal
- Ross Commercial Property Precedents
- Halsbury’s Laws of England
Fair use restrictions
Access to the database is free, but usage must be reasonable and fair*
Solicitors will be invited to sign in upon arrival at the library and a member of team will assist them with accessing the database.
The following restrictions apply:
- 5 x case reports may be printed/emailed per session
- 5 x journal articles** may be printed/emailed per session
- 3 x precedents may be printed/emailed per session
Solicitors will be invoiced for any documents obtained that exceed this limit and the standard library charges will be applied.
**Standard copyright rules apply.
*The right to obtain a printout of materials is limited to a printout of a reasonable portion of the materials obtained using the printing commands of the online services or your web browser software and the creation of a single printout of a reasonable portion of the materials downloaded via downloading commands of the online services or your web browser software.
