Balint Programme
The Balint Peer Support Programme is a collaboration with Law Society Skillnet with the support of Skillnet Ireland funding. The programme is currently being piloted, online, by a group of up to a dozen solicitors with the support of Programme Ambassador (and Law Firm Principal), Sonia Mc Entee.
Time to Think
The Law Society’s Time to Think project launched in March 2024 for in-house/public sector leaders. Its aim over three workshops is to support the leadership capabilities of senior lawyers, who are practising and leading teams in a range of in-house environments. Participants will form an ongoing group to continue their support of each other and to engage in additional skills and leadership development.
