Meet the speakers
Jessica is a Chartered Business Psychologist with 16 years’ experience in Learning & Organisational Development, Consulting, Recruitment and HR with Leading Brands and Global Consultancies in Ireland, UK and Australia. Jessica works with individuals, teams and organisations to help them achieve lasting change through insights, coaching and development. She offers practical and impactful insights with a view to creating relevant change for the specific requirements of each organisation she is working with.
Paula McLoughlin is the Co-founder and Chair of an award-winning Irish mental health charity, A Lust for Life and a partner at EY Ireland's people consulting practice. With nearly 28 years of global business consulting experience, Paula has held a number of interesting senior roles including partner at Accenture, COO of The Work Foundation, and Global Solutions Director at Mind Gym. Paula co-founded and was a director of The Blink Effect, a leadership development programme, and is a regular contributor to Sunday AM breakfast television show.
Sinéad McSweeney is the former VP of Public Policy EMEA and Managing Director of Twitter Ireland. She joined Twitter in 2012, having previously served as Director of Communications for An Garda Síochána and the Police Service of Northern Ireland. Before her communications roles, Sinéad held political advisory positions in the Irish government, including as Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice. A native of Midleton, she studied law at University College Cork and qualified as a barrister in 1993. Sinéad is currently pursuing a Psychology degree in Trinity College Dublin.
As Managing Partner, Jamie is responsible for the management and strategic growth of RDJ. He chairs the firm’s Management Group, oversees client development, and the attraction and retention of top talent. Jamie advises on a wide range of commercial disputes representing clients before the superior Courts. He specialises in professional indemnity defence work in relation to the full range of professions including solicitors, accountants, architects and engineers, as well as restructurings, receiverships, examinerships and liquidations. Jamie is an Accredited Mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and sits on the Professional Affairs Committee of the Irish Taxation Institute and the Finance Audit and Risk Committee of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
