Survey background
Dr Clíona de Bhailís, a Research Ireland funded Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Galway, is conducting a survey of professionals from a broad range of backgrounds in Ireland. The survey aims to document their experiences of the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act, its impact on their professional practice, and their understanding of what the Act means young people who are non-speaking or communicate differently.
The survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and no identifying information is recorded.
