Online form to replace WRC complaints PDF
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) will cease accepting complaints through its old PDF form from 1 June 2025.
Making a complaint online
The change in practice follows the introduction of a web-based form in September 2024. According to the WRC, the web-based form offers numerous enhanced features that are not available in the PDF version, better aligning with goals for accessibility, security, and efficient processing times.
PDF form discontinued from 1 June
While clicking ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the old PDF form will cause the button label to change to ‘Submitted’, the form will not be received in the WRC with effect from 1 June 2025. This is due to the decommissioning of the underlying network connections that previously transferred submitted forms from users’ local machines to the WRC’s internal systems.
