Find a Mediator re-launched
The Law Society has launched a better, faster version of the online Find a Mediator search facility for practising solicitors and the public.
Are you on the list?
The idea is simple. Solicitors who wish to offer their services as a mediator can register a profile online that lists their area of speciality and mediator qualification. You will then be added to the mediator search on lawsociety.ie. To register, just login at the link below with your usual Law Society login details:
How it works
Find a Mediator is a public search engine on the Law Society website that lists the contact details for solicitor mediators around the country. There are multiple ways to search for a mediator such as county, area of practice, mediation qualification or name. Try it out at the link below:
Mediation services
The Law Society supports the promotion of the greater use and acceptance of mediation as an alternative to more protracted and costly court-based litigation. If you are acting for clients who wish to mediate, you should find the facility very useful as it will provide straightforward access to details of solicitors who practice as mediators.
For additional mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution resources, see the ADR practice area for solicitors.
If you have any login or registration queries, please contact webmaster@lawsociety.ie.
