International Protection Solicitors Panel
The Legal Aid Board has opened applications to join its International Protection Solicitors Panel.
About the Panel
This panel provides a vital role in providing legal assistance to international protection applicants throughout their journey, from initial applications to appeals. As a member of this panel you will contribute to impactful outcomes, receive comprehensive training, and enhance your professional growth.
What you need
You will need to be enrolled as a solicitor in the State with a current practising certificate, have adequate levels of professional indemnity insurance cover, and be in a position to show compliance with tax clearance arrangements.
You will be expected to provide service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Panel. These include details of the fee structure for international protection work.
