Relying on contributions from leading practitioners, stakeholders and decision-makers in the area, we highlight how new developments are likely to affect your practice. The ultimate aim of the course is to provide practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of employment law and practice in this jurisdiction.  

Key themes examined in this diploma include recruitment and status of workers, data protection, pay and benefits, workers’ rights, discrimination, grievance and disciplinary procedures, severance packages and redundancy, remote working policies and more.

What will you learn

On completion of this training programme, participants will have:

Upon successful completion of the Diploma in Employment Law, participants may consider building on their qualifications and progressing to join the LLM Employment Law in Practice.
