Legal Office Notice 4 of 2010 Update

The Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society has been notified of an update to Legal Office Notice 4 of 2010 to account for the transfer of legacy charges that remain on the register in favour of KBC Bank Ireland plc to KBC Bank NV.

From 1 December 2023 KBC Bank NV are entitled to lodge releases in respect of those charges registered in favour of KBC Bank Ireland plc.
