Legal Research and Writing Skills Subject Guide
The Law Society’s Library and Information Service has added a new guide on legal research and writing skills.
This guide brings together practical resources for trainee solicitors as well as practising solicitors looking to brush up on their legal research skills.
The guide includes information on books covering legal research and writing, journal sources, primary sources of Irish law including case law and legislation and pointers to other useful EU and UK resources. There are also links to open access sources for legislation and case law as well as a citation index for Irish and UK case law.
