Criminal Legal Aid Panel
19/11/2024 11:20:00The Courts Service has published expanded information on applications for the 2025 Criminal Legal Aid Panel.
Application process
Applications for inclusion on the 2025 panel must be received in the Courts Service Centralised Office no earlier than 1 December and no later than 20 December 2024.
To be placed on the Solicitors Criminal Legal Aid (CLA) Panel, solicitors are required to submit a completed Application Form (in Excel format), together with a copy of their current eTax Clearance Certificate (eTC) valid on 1 December, to legalaidpanel@courts.ie.
