Tender competition
The Department of Health has extended the deadline for its competitive process to appoint external legal drafters to a newly established legislative drafting panel.
The tender, titled Provision of Legislative Drafting/Settling Services, is set to commence in December 2024. This initial contract will span 12 months, with the potential for further extensions.
Successful applicants will join a panel of legislative drafters tasked with providing expert legislative drafting and settling services. These services will support various units within the Department of Health, ensuring high-quality legislative work as required.
