July-August employment case law
Cases and issues covered include:

consideration of entering a surreptitious audio recording into evidence in a highly contested case (Patrick McGrath v Uber Ireland Center of Excellence Limited, ADJ-00039464);

a recommendation of €2,000 compensation arising from the suspension of an investigation into a disput (A Financial Controller v A Charity, ADJ-00052264); and
-
