Cases and issues covered include:

  • a dispute on whether to classify sick leave as ordinary sick leave or arising from an injury incurred on duty (A Worker v An Employer, IR - SC - 00003036);

  • applicability of the Unfair Dismissals Act to an apprenticeship (Darren Mulvaney v H. Shiels Limited, ADJ-00053127); and
