Courts’ online booking system extended

The Courts Service is to extend its new appointment-booking service to the Dublin Circuit Family Law Office from Tuesday 19 March.

From that date onwards, appointments must be scheduled in advance of attending the office for non-urgent matters, by first visiting the appointment-service webpage and selecting the Dublin Circuit Family Law Office.

The online booking service opened for this office on Friday 8 March 2024, for appointments to attend the office from 19 March onwards.

Waiting times

The courts’ body says that the new system provides people with access to an online booking system 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to make appointments to visit the offices at a date and time that suits them.

The measure is also aimed at reducing waiting times, as well as ensuring that the correct members of staff are available to deal with relevant services or queries.

For any urgent matters, the office will reserve 9.30am to 10am for urgent walk-ins only.

Outside of this time, the office can be emailed at dublincircuitfamilylawoffice@courts.ie or phoned at 01 888 6315 / 6843 / 6465 to make an appointment for an urgent matter.
